Bing is seeking an experienced Program Manager responsible for developing and implementing the all-up content strategy for Microsoft Search in Bing (Enterprise Search), with a focus on scalable solutions for delivering content to drive adoption of Microsoft Search in Bing. A successful candidate will be demonstrated experience driving and executing content strategy for enterprise customers, have excellent program management/ project management skills; have a knack for collaborat ing across teams to drive an idea to execution; hav e proven experience writing end-user content for (preferably Microsoft) features; and possess an understanding of Office 365 and SharePoint from an IT/Admin standpoint.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Microsoft Search in Bing team to create a best-in-class content strategy for Microsoft Search that contributes to tenant adoption and habitual user engagement throughout all lifecycle phases. Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for content programs across relevant channels, including community, outbound communications, field sales, conferences, summits, etc. including establishing key goals and targets. Aid in development of tactics to measure impact of content Use insights to continuously optimize the strategy, roadmap, and messaging channels. Support
