· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience. · 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, technology or digital sector including 5+ years of program management experience. · High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information. · Strong enthusiasm to provide superb customer service to the leadership team and other key stakeholders. · Experience establishing goals and metrics to identify and measure opportunities and success. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience making data driven decisions and proficiency in SQL. · Excellent written and verbal communication
