-Bachelor's degree -5+ years of experience in Program Management - Proven analytical and quantitative skills with experience making data driven decisions - Demonstrated experience managing ambiguity and competing priorities - Proven ability to work with remote teams - Experience in the brand/IP protection space - Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical teams across a global organization - Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role - Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
