Help build capabilities that cut across delivery, sort center, and linehaul operations, with a direct customer impact. You will create robust processes that fully leverage existing technologies while defining future technologies. The successful Program Manager will have the extreme bias for action needed in a startup environment, leverage a deep understanding of operational barriers to implement mitigation strategies, and think long-term about how to scale processes. He or she will work effectively across multiple organizations, including field operators and product managers in AMZL, ATS, and Last Mile Technology
· A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years’ Amazon experience · 7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment · Experience managing an operations workforce while delivering on performance metrics and process improvement · Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays · Candidates must be able to travel up to 75% of the time · Degree in Engineering, Operations or related technical field; MBA preferred · Ability
