Amazon Global Store team is pioneering cross-border e-Commerce by becoming a one-stop shop for Amazon Customers Worldwide and providing a seamless experience to shop international selection. As a result, Selection is a key input driver for this business and the Global Store Selection Team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to take a leadership role in driving one of Amazon’s fastest growing businesses. As a Sr. Program Manager, you will own all operational initiatives related to Selection Management and Prioritization across multiple Global Stores including China, Australia, Singapore, India, UK, DE, and more. You will work directly with various stakeholders from across the Globe such as local country teams, Legal, Compliance, Tech and Business partners to continuously innovate and enable new selection. Education and Experience: · 6-8 years of experience in Retail, Category Management, Selection Management and/or Supply Chain / Inventory Management · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Industrial Management Skills and Competencies: · Strong problem solving, highly analytical, attention to detail with solid organizational skills · Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation · Consistent track record of taking ownership and driving results · Attested ability to work in a highly demanding and collaborative environment
