Management (LDTM) Team AWS Leadership Development
The AWS Leadership Development and Talent Management (LDTM) Team is seeking a Learning Technologist to help AWS scale learning by designing and developing innovative learning content and delivery platforms. Help us disrupt learning by creating alternative delivery solutions that balance classroom-based learning with more scalable delivery platforms such as eLearning, social learning, virtual reality and gamification. The Learning Technologist will also conduct and build out UX testing methodology for the team to leverage and use as we aim to build a unparalleled AWS learner experience. This role is located at our corporate headquarters in Seattle, WA. · BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional technology, educational technology, organizational development · 7+ years of work experience with solid career progression in the field of instructional design, including significant experience in designing and delivering eLearning solutions to large organizations · Demonstrated experience developing courseware to current Industry and adult learning standards, performance support aids, online tutorials and/or other training materials, including gaming modules · Expertise in development eLearning tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate
