Amazon's Global Talent Management organization is seeking an innovative learning experience designer to help us launch game-changing talent management programs and projects that help Amazon employees reach their full potential. Our team is seeking a learning experience designer to lead the design and development of training for high-impact, enterprise-wide, employee-centric talent management programs. Learning experiences may be built around topics such as performance improvement, promotions, feedback, organizational reviews and design, career development, and talent movement.
