Amazon Devices is looking for a Senior Writer / Copy ACD to build brand voice guides and create engaging short-form content that will shape global messaging. We need a writer who will thrive on crafting original copy and collaborating with a driven and dedicated team. They must be passionate about developing a modern brand voice, as well as using data and testing to improve all copy. We start with the customer in mind and understand the powerful role that good writing plays in creating delightful experiences that increase brand awareness and loyalty. Responsibilities · Develop and oversee brand voice for select Amazon proprietary devices. · Present to senior leadership (including CEO and SVPs) in writing and in person. · Write voice guides and build master copy docs to influence downstream channels. · Collaborate with other writers, creatives, and marketers to ensure omni-channel

· Minimum of eight years’ experience in an agency or in-house setting. · Experience writing both short- and long-form copy across multiple online and offline marketing vehicles. · Experience following brand guides and The Chicago Manual of Style. · Bachelor’s degree · Critical thinker and communicator who works well with cross-functional teams; can present copy best practices and defend messaging choices. · Demonstrated ability to influence and affect customer perceptions and behavior with compelling stories. · Can comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the organization in both
