As a Sr. Content Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for determining the content strategy for Prime Video's ad-supported video-on-demand services (AVOD). This will require you to scope out new Customer trends, develop complex pricing models, build a portfolio of content, coordinate during negotiations, and prepare the long-term content vision for AVOD. You will coordinate with our product team as we scope out new opportunities and will work closely with our leadership to define our content strategy. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints
· Bachelor degree · A strong understanding of the digital video landscape including movies, TV and short-form/digital content · 5+ years of experienced in a high volume account management, content licensing or finance role. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills (e.g., ability to use and modify data sets in Excel, write SQL queries and export data, etc.) · Proven ability to negotiate complex license or business development agreements in high pressure environments · A track record of excellence in a similar role · Excellent written communication and organizational skills · Ability to adapt
