We are seeking an experienced Sr. Content Acquisition Manager to lead high-level negotiations with large movie and TV studios, identify business opportunities and drive strategic engagement, and manage day-to-day operational aspects of a large, fast-growing business. He or she will be responsible for owning, understanding, and optimizing the P and L for some of Prime Video's largest vendors, influencing vendors to participate in strategic programs, managing projects that tie to team goals, and leading negotiations. · Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of relevant experience in high-volume account management, business development, consulting, or finance · Proven negotiation experience · MBA preferred · Experience in and/or a passion for the entertainment industry and digital video · Strong written and oral communication skills · Experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success · High threshold for working in an ambiguous, fast paced start-up like environment – figuring it out and adapting as you go
