We are looking for someone who is excited by the potential to do more for customers in their home through Alexa. As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you will partner with top-tier smart device manufacturers to develop incredible experiences enabled through Alexa. In this role, you will wear many hats, including business leader, Alexa experience consultant, and technology evangelist. You must possess a unique combination of technical skills and business acumen as well as a do-whatever-it-takes attitude to ensure our partners are able to take full advantage of Alexa to deliver delightful user experiences
- 8+ years of IoT, mobile and/or SaaS experience in a technical business development or product management role - Experience working with emerging technologies and/or Smart Home - Bachelors degree- Experience working with emerging technologies, especially IoT - Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills; ability to close high value and high profile deals - Strong ownership and bias for action; ability to internalize goals and work independently to create appropriate action plans for those goals - Strong analytical orientation; comfort using databases and analytical tools and making data-based
