A key component of this initiative has been expanded support of nonprofit organizations, with a commitment to helping nonprofits adopt cloud technologies to drive social impact at scale. The Tech for Social Impact Partner Development Manager – CSP Direct Channel Development is a key role within Microsoft's partner engagement strategy. The goal is drive small and midsize nonprofit adoption of Microsoft cloud technologies. To do so, we need to develop strategic GTM plans with partners who can drive nonprofit offers at scale, as well find ways to activate the long tail of direct resellers who support nonprofits worldwide. As such, this is a broad role spanning both strategy and tactical execution. The PDM will work closely with a select group of Direct CSP partners to define targeted
8+ years of related experience Required – Bachelor's Degree Preferred – MBA/Master's Degree Passion for Nonprofit impact: motivated by the social impact he/she drives. Comfortable in a 'start-up' environment where cross-teaming, wearing multiple hats, being agile and innovative is required. Strong "challenger" leader has ability to deeply understand partner value drivers and is comfortable driving the decision-making process with the partner.
