The Enterprise Risk team mission to work closely with management to make certain that the company has identified, prioritized and is mitigating the top risks to the Company's strategies, ambitions, opportunities, as well as risk that result from the Company's operating model. Enterprise Risk Management supports Senior Management and enables discussions with the Board of Directors about risk to strategy. The team works closely with risk and compliance professionals across the company. The Enterprise Risk team is looking for a Risk Manager to support risk assessments in engineering groups and strategic risks. The successful candidate for this role will bring a passion for excellence, a service-based approach, program and project experience with a strong ability to collaborate across teams. This role must be a champion of our Enterprise Risk Management Practices. Key responsibilities: Conduct risk assessments across the organization to evaluate the current state of risks to strategy Determine the levels of mitigation in place based on the ERM methodology and provide recommendations and strategies by collaborating with the risk teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders. To be successful you will need the following qualifications: BA/BS in risk management/finance/business/political science or related field or equivalent work experience 7+ years of experience working in large, complex businesses Proven track record of delivering results at or above target Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to collaborate and perform within a high-performing team environment Strong networking and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive working relationships across senior leadership teams Strong communication skills with high articulation
