We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented individual to procure critical hardware for the teams responsible for developing and building our cutting edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). This role operates in a fast paced environment, where priorities change often. This individual will respond to internal stakeholders quickly, provide frequent and accurate status updates, and have a high aptitude for driving tasks to completion independently. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for gathering the import and export codes from suppliers. · High motivation to learn, develop and perform in a fast-paced rapid prototyping environment · Attention-to-detail, alongside proven ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities simultaneously · Familiarity with procurement systems and financial applications, e.g. Oracle and COUPA · Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, alongside willingness to learn other systems necessary for this position · Experience with metrics creation and data presentation · High bias for action - makes timely, practical, effective decisions · Persuasive with internal partners, and demonstrates the ability to earn trust
