The Flight Operations Trainer is responsible for training and currency activities to support ongoing Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) test and operational efforts. Responsibilities include: · Direct training in formal classroom settings, scenario based exercises, web based training, and other forums as required. · Develop training material to include CBT module development, course outlines, lesson plans, exams, workbooks, completion certificates, and training aids. · Perform administrative training duties to include recordkeeping, monitoring student progress, and maintenance of training program materials. · Interact with internal customers and vendors to ensure proper training requirements and tools
