The Speech services and runtime group is seeking developers across all levels to help us build the backend services and runtime for powering speech and vision based intelligent meetings solutions in Microsoft 365 products (Microsoft Teams, Skype, Office etc.) Our team is responsible for developing the full gamut of Speech recognition, model adaptation and personalization, and other natural language processing services to power a high-accuracy real-time meeting transcription and translation solution. The ideal candidate would have good data structure and algorithms skills, and strong systems development skills and experience. Experience developing in C++/C# is required. Our services and runtime platform are based on Linux/Docker/Kubernetes and microservices architectural principles; experience with these technologies, is preferred but not required.
