· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, operations, or related field or equivalent work experience is required · 5+ years of relevant work experience in program management and/or operations role · 5+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion independently, with minimal guidance · 3+ years of experience working with Excel · Demonstrated experience influencing across functional boundaries and globally · Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences · Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills · Ability to stay focused under pressure,
