We are the Human Resources Engineering team. We are spearheading the digital transformation of HR in Microsoft. HR Services which is a part of the Human Resources Engineering team is responsible for systems and experiences for Microsoft employees. In addition to being responsible for Employee and Manager Self services in transactions that traverse Onboarding to Offboarding in Microsoft, we are also responsible for the HR data

Key responsibilities: You will develop Product roadmap You will write Product scenarios, features and user stories You will write and help author user guide to drive adoption You will manage program priorities, dependencies, issues and risks You will work closely with our business partners in HR Operations and other HR Centers of Excellence teams and manage expectations
Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of industry experience designing and building enterprise scale Products and Platforms 3+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management 1+ years of experience working in Human Resources Technology or Engineering teams for global companies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience Preferred, not required: 3+ years of industry experience designing and managing enterprise scale Products and Platforms. 3+ years of experience in Program Management or
