Amazon is seeking a results-driven, influential Program Manager to lead a series of Recruiting initiatives across a large portion of the AWS TA organization. As a Program Manager, you will work with senior leaders across multiple business lines as well as Recruiting partners to drive initiatives that enable the continued growth and scalability of our hiring processes. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong project management skills and analytical capabilities, and be able to influence by providing data-driven recommendations. You’ll need to be flexible and adapt quickly to changes in direction as well as effectively manage conflicting priorities. Responsibilities Include: · Lead projects from start to finish, working through obstacles and gaining support from various stakeholders along the way · Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve recruiting efforts · Create, drive and present action plans for various programs · Conceptualize

Basic Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in an HR or Recruiting organization • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: · Ability to influence and solicit help without authority, think proactively, drive others towards consensus, and function independently · Experience managing large and small cross-team programs/projects · Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast moving environment · Strong analytics skills · Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with other analytics
