We are looking for an exceptional program manager with strong training and development experience who can create and manage the quality of our operations. This individual will design and implement an effective quality assurance program that covers every step in the operational process, from designing the training for new team members, to creating an ongoing audit program to ensure consistent application of standards
· 5+ years’ operations management or project management, ideally with a focus on quality improvement. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. · Experience developing and/or delivering training programs to individuals or groups · Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly articulate business problems and solutions to senior leaders. · Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with HR, business and technical teams. · Quick self-started learner. · Established record of project delivery as lead analyst or project manager. · Thorough command of HR processes preferred
