The Azure security team is looking for a program manager who will design and build identity management solutions that will be used across Microsoft. These solutions will span multiple areas of security and identity including device, multi-factor authentication, network, data, as well as key management and monitoring.
Identify technical gaps and drive security health related features into services and operational processes Creating feature specifications in coordination with your feature crew Gain trust of and influence broad stakeholders including engineering teams, partners and peers Drive implementation in close partnership with engineering teams Manage identity risk mitigation strategy to the leadership team Design and deliver innovative solutions based on data Apply creativity, critical thinking and solution focused in a dynamic working environment
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in information security, software program management and/or security operations positions. 2+ years of software development experience using C++/C#, or equivalent software program management experience. BS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years driving large, complex programs and solutions using both direct and/or virtual teams Broad understanding of the web platform, web developer workflows, and web tools ecosystem Passion for working with customers
