Microsoft's cloud platform, Azure, is growing at a phenomenal pace. Securing a system at this massive scale means we are constantly challenged to come up with new and creative approaches. It is truly an exciting time to be in cloud security. The Azure security team builds the security features and services that we use to secure the massive Azure platform. We offer some of these features and services to our customers to secure their cloud apps. A few examples are Azure Key Vault, AD Certificate Services, Azure Security Center, and Advanced Threat Analytics. We are starting a new project and are looking for a product management leader. You will be the face of our product to developers building applications on Azure. You will leverage your own creativity to paint the vision and roadmap of what it means to make security seamless and transparent while also delivering critical customer features. In this role you will drive the product from inception to widespread adoption by acquiring happy customers

Engage potential customers inside and outside Microsoft, and deeply understand their needs. Work with stakeholders at Microsoft to define or change Azure security features and products to address those needs. Work with the engineering team and other partners to define/deliver produce features and define the roadmap for subsequent releases across our first- and third-party customers. Learn from feedback, rinse, repeat. Go fast. Define our SDK Specs Publish new features, design patterns, best practices, blogs, and best practices based on our evolving feature-set and integration with other Azure teams
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Software Program/Product Management experience 2+ years Development and coding experience (ideally using multiple languages – e.g. Java, .NET, Python) Preferred Qualifications: Good understanding of creating/running a service at scale Excellent design, writing, and customer communication skills Solid experience shipping software products, including at least one cloud service, and at least one stint taking a product from inception to release to broad adoption.
