We are looking for an ambitious and creative product marketer who wants to drive measurable business impact by going direct to consumer. You will develop and deliver relationship marketing strategy for Modern Life and Devices consumers, primarily through Microsoft Rewards, working in collaboration with team members across product management,

• Develop and execute relationship marketing tactics to acquire, retain and grow users, optimizing for engagement with Microsoft consumer products and services. • Participate in campaign experimentation, and dive into data to develop the necessary user and competitive insights to support product recommendations. • Work closely with marketers across the Rewards v-team to develop and execute end-to-end marketing plans including the development of a Rewards life-cycle strategy for Modern Life and Devices • Partner with vendor and agency teams on campaign planning, execution and analysis.
Minimum Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in either product marketing or relationship marketing or marketing management experience. • BS/BA degree • Experience working with and influence cross-functional teams across marketing, business and product groups • Experience leveraging data to make decisions, using PowerBI, Tableau, or other similar analytics tools to drive business decisions Preferred Qualifications: • MBA or equivalent preferred but not required. • Experience planning and executing outbound campaigns, developing campaign learning plans and overseeing related experimentation.
