Teams is growing rapidly and we're looking for a senior high impact and high energy product marketing leader with excellent communication and storytelling skills t o lead Outbound Marketing for Teams. You will develop the GTM strategy for Teams in the Enterprise and SMB segments, leading a team of marketers to execute the work. You will be knowledgeable about Teams' competitors in the direct space and develop GTM plans that outperform them. You will partner closely with the creative teams to build engaging content and with the segment teams to ensure flawless execution for Teams on its own and as a part of the broader Microsoft 365 product offering. Key responsibilities include the following: GTM Develop and own GTM plans for Teams in the SMB/C and Enterprise segment, including ongoing sales motions and key product moments (e.g. events, launches) Build a web direct business for Teams, capitalizing on the market opportunity in the collaboration, meetings and devices spaces Lead outbound campaign planning and paid media investments Develop event strategy and execution Partner with broader Microsoft 365 GTM and Integrated Marketing teams Track performance for the Teams business, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Leadership
Qualifications include: Relevant undergraduate degree and /or equivalent work experience. Master's Degree preferred 7+ years in product marketing or comparable experience A passion for technology and the ability to translate technology into compelling marketing Self-awareness, the ability to be self-critical and a strong desire to learn/ grow Proven ability to drive results with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders Experience in business planning, market and competitive analysis Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion Experience producing customer-facing
