What qualifies you for the job? You have: - 10+ years of experience developing software - 5+ years of managing teams of developers - Ability and passion to understand business strategies and innovate toward a vision - Ability to drive clarity in chaos and organize people's workload - Strong focus on engineering excellence and culture - Ability to work well with and articulate ideas to people: customers, developers, UX designers, executives You may also have: - Experience with test automation software, including state of the art UX testing - Experience building online services and data solutions

These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
