The SA Customer Engagements team is looking for a Principal Engagements Architect to help drive the direction and development of mechanisms, tooling and enablement for customer engagements like Immersion Days, Hackathons and Game Days. The team is looking for experienced and motivated technologists who possess a balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. You will partner with AWS SA teams to craft solutions that improve the quality, execution and review of customer engagements that accelerate the adoption of AWS. As a Principal, you will be a player/coach taking leadership while also being a net contributor to development activities. · 10+ years design/implementation/consulting application development experience working with Enterprise IT companies, technology consulting firms, management or strategy consulting firms. · 7+ years as lead or chief architect. Ability to lead deep architectural discussions with customer, partners, and other AWS teams. · Experience conducting one-to-few and one-to-many interactive sessions, such as workshops, while acting as lead and supporting other functions such as business development, marketing, and services teams. · Demonstrated competency in the areas of group collaboration, analytical thinking
