· 4+ years of experience in an art role for game development · 2+ titles shipped in a lead or manager role · 2+ AAA titles shipped · 1+ titles shipped in a role managaging outsource content creation · Solid knowledge of next generation asset creation pipelines, tools, software and customization systems. · Experience working and placing assets into a game engine. · Proven experience in a professional game production pipeline. · Must have the ability to take constructive criticism and maintain a professional attitude. · Able to accurately estimate the time to complete individual assets. · Independently
