Business Planning Manager, PC Games Category The gaming category in the Microsoft Store is a multi-billion-dollar eCommerce business, reaching consumers in over 240 markets across multiple platforms. The PC games category is a fast-growing component of the Microsoft gaming business overall and leverages the terrific heritage and resources of Xbox. We are hiring a Business Planner responsible for the PC Category line of business within Microsoft Store. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of top games publishers to optimize their results in the Microsoft Digital Store by: Learning and evangelizing Digital Store best practices Planning and executing specific launch and lifecycle product campaigns across teams and resources Tracking and evaluating results for continuous improvement recommendations Actively participating in planning discussions to drive the evolution of Store tools, processes, and business intelligence. Responsibilities and focus areas: Educate content publishers on opportunities available to them across Store, In-product, and Owned and Operated marketing channels. Manage campaign targeting and segmentation strategy and execution. Identify the right audience for specific content to ensure optimal engagement and conversion. Plan and execute general/as needed marketing tactics based on a go-to-market plan such as social media, digital marketing, PR, and retail team as needed for content launches. Analyze campaign data to drive optimization. Initiate and execute experiments to improve campaign performance
