The Principal PM Manager is a critical hire for our Mixed Reality at Work team. They will play a key role in supporting one of Microsoft's most exciting spaces and will be responsible for: Driving thought leadership for key initiatives critical to MRW's long-term growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to research, identify and enable next-generation MRW experiences, incorporating mixed reality, computer vision, machine learning, human-computer interaction, internet of things, and more. BA/BS degree computer science, or equivalent practical experience such as 8+ years of experience in a product management, product planning or strategy role. 3+ years of experience building high performing teams. 2+ years of experience in IoT and MR/AR/VR tech and strategic planning. PREFERRED: Experience working on high tech enterprise products Experience developing groundbreaking technologies into successful enterprise products and pioneering new markets. Mixed reality experience a plus. Proven ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and dynamic environment, and evolve product strategy
