Finance Operations (FinOps) supports B2B order to cash process WW. Our team offers a rich learning experience and an opportunity to develop professionally. We are a young business, and you will be challenged to weigh in on decisions that have long-term strategic impact, and to produce insightful analytics that help us accelerate growth. You will work closely with business partners and get exposure to senior leaders, and become a subject matter expert. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate the Ownership, Dive Deep, Invent and Simplify, Learn and Be Curious, and Bias for Action leadership principles; who can engage business partners to drive results; and who welcome the challenge of building structure and supporting high growth in a fledgling organization with senior management visibility. Amazon seeks a Finance Manager to
· BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent · Minimum 7 years of finance experience, or master’s degree and 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Previous experience with a large, multinational company · MBA, CPA, CFA · Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Highly analytical and detail oriented · Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions · Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous
