The Prime Air team is looking for an experienced manager to lead a team of technicians responsible for the continued airworthiness and maintenance of our UAS. As the team manager you will ensure the timely execution of maintenance activities, regularly collaborating with engineering and other program stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated manager with a background in aviation, computer science, or other technical field. This opportunity requires excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You must be able to accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, and develop the team.

· Bachelor's Degree in engineering or relevant technical field · 3+ years of experience managing a team of technical practitioners · Exceptional attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills · Familiar with common business applications and tools (e.g. MS Office, SQL) · Excellent verbal and written communication skills Export Control License This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf. · FAA Airframe and Powerplant
