Your team develops machine learning algorithms and the infrastructure that automates their generation, validation, and publishing. You’ll build the systems to test and measure scientific hypotheses, iterate on your designs, and find innovative signals and solutions that fundamentally shift the effectiveness of our systems. The leader will be encouraged to think creatively, innovate and find solutions to real-world problems in building large-scale aviation systems. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline. · 7+ years of relevant engineering experience · 5+ years of people management experience, including 2+ years of managing in a “leader of leaders” role – managing managers and senior engineers. · 3+ years of applying machine learning algorithms/models to solving real-world problems in any industry · Experience with OOD and object oriented languages · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills· Master's of Science or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related
