Ideally, you'll have a background in driving quality into game features and processes, influenced by telemetry and data science principles. You're a veteran in the field with a quality-first mindset, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to communicate and collaborate across a variety of disciplines to meet the needs of our players. You've also a skill and passion for growing and developing people, and helping others to do their best work. BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 8+ years in software quality (preferably games or entertainment) 4+ years leading teams and projects Self-directed, take initiative to drive issues to conclusion regardless of organizational structure and team boundaries Ability and flexibility to work effectively on a worldwide team spanning multiple time zones Strong interpersonal skills and a love for collaboration Customer-first and data-centric mindset Experience with enterprise services and telemetry systems
