Amazon is looking for a smart, driven, and independent Program Manager in our Leave of Absence and Accommodations (LOAA) Department to partner in the development of new leave, disability, and accommodation programs and products. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience · 5 + years of program development experience · Knowledge of program management lifecycle and project management tools · Proven expertise in business reengineering / transformation using lean and six sigma methodologies· Graduate degree or MBA · Experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma techniques in a transactional work environment · Experience with HRIS systems, such as HCM/ERP suites, time and attendance systems, payroll systems, etc. · Experience with Salesforce and Kronos a plus · Experience working in an organization with highly varied employee
