We are looking for a talented [Product Manager] to join the Ring team to lead the strategic direction, planning and execution of the Home Health program. The Home Health program is aimed at ensuring that Ring Neighbors have all the information and services needed to ensure their homes are fully secured and safe. The successful candidate will own the Home Health program from end-to-end and will be responsible for setting the strategy for the program, establishing a roadmap for launch, expansion and coordinating with a broad group of stakeholders. As the lead product strategist, you will be the business owner for the Home Health program and guide the execution to realize the business impact. The role is highly cross-functional and provides autonomy to dive deep, identify trends and permanently solve security and safety concerns of Ring Neighbors. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap from conception of ideas. You’ll work closely with a variety of stakeholders
· Bachelor's degree · 10+years of experience in product management in the technology space · Experience delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment · Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills · High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously · Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills · Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize, communicate clearly and influence across cross functional teams · Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results · MBA or Master's
