Partner/Collaborate across team Business Intelligence engineer
We’re seeking a Business Intelligence engineer with expertise and passion in working with large data sets, data visualization, experience bringing data from disparate data stores to programmatically identify patterns in the data. You should have good business and communication skills to be able to work with customers to develop and define key business questions, and to build data sets that answer those questions. You should be expert at designing, implementing, and operating stable, scalable, low cost solutions to flow data from disparate storage systems into centralized data store and into end-user facing applications. You should be able to work with business customers in understanding the business requirements and implementing data solutions. Above all you should be passionate about working with large data sets and someone who loves to bring both structured and unstructured data sets together to answer business questions and drive change. Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree. · Advanced knowledge of SQL and ETL with at least 6+ years of experience in RDBMS or columnar databases. · Advanced knowledge of data warehousing concepts and big data concepts. · Experience in ETL, performance tuning, and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets. · Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting. · Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AW. · Experience in Python. · Outstanding analytical skills, excellent team player and delivery mindset
