Work hard, have fun, and make history working with the Regulatory Intelligence, Compliance, and Engagement (RICE) team in Amazon's Legal Department. We are looking for someone who can navigate complex healthcare product regulations and develop and implement related compliance actions. This position requires partnering with legal and business teams on proposed actions, and coordinating across multiple teams to use technological tools to implement processes and policies to effectuate those actions. There is a significant project management component to this role. You must have strong prior work experience in a professional setting, a cooperative attitude, and organizational skills. The ability to effectively communicate is essential, both verbally and in writing. The role will require that you be self-motivated to learn the operations and will involve both independent and team work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. · 3+ years of prior, relevant professional experience · Knowledge of FDA regulations · Bachelor's degree required · Strong oral and written communication capabilities· Experience interacting directly with the FDA and other health authorities · Experience researching, analyzing and synthesizing federal and state regulations · Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changes quickly while meeting deadlines. · Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail. · Prior experience with project management · Data driven decision making experience
