We are looking for an experienced compliance and risk professional to join the Amazon Payments Compliance team to lead operations and investigations to support the growth of payments products at Amazon. The Amazon Payments Compliance team is part of the larger Risk and Compliance Services function. At Amazon, we see Compliance as a service to our business teams and our customers, and we get excited about innovation and collaboration. The Financial Crimes and Compliance Team is specifically responsible for the design and management of programs to address anti-money laundering and sanctions risk for lines of business offering payments, lending and prepaid products at Amazon. This role will manage a team of senior analysts with a focus on streamlining operations, managing process changes, and delivering against quality and service level goals. · Bachelors degree · 3+ years of experience in people management and complex metrics management · 3+ years of experience in payments or banking focused on regulatory compliance, fraud risk management, operational risk management, or other related fields · Proven analytical ability and problem solving skills · Payments or e-commerce background · Certification in compliance related area, such as CAMS, CFE, CRCM preferred · Excellent English written and verbal communication skills · Strong tactical level operator; comfortable with data analysis and detailed investigation; able to coordinate workload
