The 1st Party Devices Category Team is changing the way we go to market and is looking for passionate individuals who are energized about shaping our future direction. The 1st Party Accessories Lead will drive the creation and landing of an integrated category strategy for 1st Party Accessories across all Microsoft consumer channels. They will optimize the consumer experience to allow our partners to drive share, revenue, and category profit while building preference for Microsoft products. He/she will offer category expertise to our partners to increase joint success within our accessory categories.

Key Responsibilities: A key member of the 1st Party Devices Category Team the position will play a key role in setting the priorities and developing the strategies for achieving the Accessories objectives including, revenue, share, scorecard, and CPE. 1. Business Management: Act as a key liaison between the Business Groups (BG's) at Corp while leading a virtual team of category, sales and channel executive and maintaining effective personal connections with all local stakeholders Lead all rhythm of the business (ROB) and business management deliverables including the creation of annual and quarterly
4-year BS/BA degree, MBA preferred 6+ years category marketing experience required, retail preferred 2 – 3 years management experience preferred A passion for technology and a desire to win Understands US and Canadian market and industry dynamics within it Demonstrates the ability to impact revenue, profit and market share growth through strong business analysis and understanding and even stronger execution to action it Facilitates "win-win" situations by working with others to achieve positive outcomes.
