· 5+ years of tech recruiting experience · 3+ years of 'full cycle' or 'whole desk' recruiting experience · Experience sourcing candidates, including the use of Boolean Strings and other sourcing strategies to capture passive tech talent · 2+ years of project/program management experience · Proficiency with MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook· Experienced full life-cycle recruiter, ideally owning tech reqs across multiple business partners and designing req specific recruiting strategies · Proven analytical skills · Demonstrated experience in the end-to-end candidate management
