Amazon has launched Scout, a new fully-electric delivery device, and the Amazon Delivery Experience team is looking for customer-focused Ambassadors to join our team and help us develop this latest innovation on behalf of our customers. Scout is a small lightweight device, moves slowly along pedestrian paths, and has been designed to deal with the complexities of a neighborhood. As an Ambassador, you will accompany Scout out in the field (neighborhood), and for now, perform package deliveries to customers. You will have all the tools you need to track and assist Scout, as well as deliver packages. Ambassadors play a key role in keeping our commitment to exceed customer expectations, making sure customer orders are delivered on time. Your feedback from working with Scout in the field and from customer interactions will be critical to solving real-world challenges that will transform our customers’ delivery experiences. · High-school diploma or equivalent diploma · 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer-facing environment. · Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts if needed. · Proven track record of reliability. · Prior professional driving experience. · Prior experience representing a well-regarded consumer brand with professionalism. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude. · Ability to work with a team in a fast paced, ever changing environment. · Passion for Amazon and
