The Advanced Services Delivery (ASD) team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Principal PM Manager (PM) to be part of our digital transformation. The core business objectives of the ASD organization are to empower Every Commercial Support Customer to Achieve More ​by Developing and Delivering Digital Services Experiences, and to enable profitability of the Microsoft Services business via packaged, highly-scalable digital delivery assets. We do this through three primary deliverables: A platform for performing customer IT health assessments, a catalog of IP that includes digital learning assets and workshops to help educate customers, so they can make the most of their IT environments, and a portal called the Services Hub that ties it all together. We have over 20,000 active customers (companies) and are working to improve our platform, the services we deliver on top of it and driving the future of the entire Services business. You will partner with field engineering team, consulting teams, Azure CXP teams and other Engineering subject matter experts to scope and build customer facing content, modules, tools and proof of concepts targeting to premier customers. Act as the subject matter expert across for the support services portfolio for the Infrastructure and Applications Solution Area. Directly engage with customers to validate new solutions and update existing solutions per learnings and feedback. Work with field engineers to build the relevant services for helping customers with specific scenarios like planning,
Successful Candidate Competencies: Familiarity with cloud deployment and development tools (ie. PowerShell, DevOps) Familiarity with cloud networking concepts, connectivity (geo-redundancy, CDN, VPN) and tools Customer and Partner Focus: proven experience driving business impact based on a deep understanding of customer and partner needs. Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across customers, partners, senior executives and across organizational boundaries.
