Our team combines creativity and compassion with technology, inventing and building new voice-forward Alexa interactions and experiences that engage and delight our customers in brand new ways. The Amazon Alexa team is looking for a social media content creator to ideate and create social copy, drive end-to-end product ideation, prompt and conversation design and implementation in the Alexa Personality space across device and social. You can quickly take complex business and social media insights and translate it to the right message for the right social content platform and its users. You must be extremely proactive, because you will regularly find yourself in uncharted territory. You must be a collaborator, as you will be working side-by-side with marketing, social, and product managers, VUI designers and engineers to bring your ideas and experiences to life across social media and Alexa
· 5+ years of creative writing experience, including character development · 3+ years of experience copy writing for social media. · Digital marketing experience · Experience working cross-team and synthesizing feedback and input from product management engineering, marketing, and user research · Work samples demonstrating past work in the form of creative social writing samples, dialog writing, character or persona design, etc., which showcase your process (outlines, sketches, storyboards, detailed presentations) · Experience presenting to and advising senior management· Bachelor’s degree in Creative
