· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field · 12+ years industry experience · 3+ years of experience in leading and managing software engineering teams · Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript or Java) · Proven experience building extensible backend system platforms · Proven experience building world-class UI and self-service tools · Proven experience mentoring and training the engineering community on complex technical issues· Strong design, architecture, and problem solving skills · Development experience on a UNIX or Linux platform · Experience
