This unique position is both a highly imaginative and a strategic role. We want families to love our products, and we achieve that by providing delightful experiences with our content, whether it be a quirky daily greeting, a joke, an original song or story, or some wacky combination of these things. Our team is responsible for creating content related to seasonal holidays, sporting, entertainment, cultural events, and more. · Bachelor’s degree in literature, communications, or related field · Professional portfolio of content that includes humorous and creative work · 5+ years of experience in creating customer-facing content, such as copy/script writing and editing · 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally in a professional setting, synthesizing feedback from stakeholders such as directors, clients, product management, engineering, or marketing · Demonstrated experience thinking strategically based on data to drive business results · Experience presenting to and effectively advising senior management· Experience
