Amazon Web Services is looking for a highly motivated Solutions Architect to help accelerate our growing State and Local Government business as part of the World Wide Public Sector practice. As a Solutions Architect within AWS, you will have
· Minimum of 7-10 years enterprise IT application experience that includes at least 2 years of hands-on software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture · Minimum of 2-3 years of internal or external customer facing experience, sharing your expertise with customers, creating solutions based on their complex requirements · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience · Ability to travel 30%· Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the AWS services · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math or equivalent · Prior experience in a technical role within a sales organization
