Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in program management or product management in software companies 1+ years of experience with Voice/UCaaS technologies (SIP Trunk, WebRTC, PSTN, PBX) Understanding of UCaaS industry: Customer needs, key players, available technologies Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a good level of technical proficiency Preferred Qualifications Bachelor and/or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent Previous experience completing software product development cycle for commercial software product offering Previous
