· BS or MS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in an IT-related field. · Minimum of 3+ years of software product management experience; preferably within a product team, professional services firm or similar environment. · Master of Business Administration (MBA). · 5+ years software product management experience. · Experience working with cloud centers of excellence in enterprises. · Experience with SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software products. · Experience with ITSM/ITOM software. · Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience. · Proven ability to
