· 8+ years work experience in product or program management with customer-facing impact · Bachelor’s Degree in business or technology, or equivalent experience working in eCommerce or technology organizations. · Experience establishing goals and metrics to identify and measure opportunities and success. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills. · Sound business judgment and the ability to influence others. · Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high energy, fast paced environment. · Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects
