Amazon Advertising team is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join its finance department to support the Campaign and Creative Services team. The role will work closely with leadership in both finance and business teams in driving controllership and process improvement. As the finance partner to the business, the role will also work on providing insightful analysis and financial guidance to the business. Together with the business, this role is responsible for identifying process and efficiency gaps, driving productivity improvements, eliminating waste and eventually delivering free-cash-flow expansion for Amazon Advertising business. Key Responsibilities of the Role: § Support ongoing financial processes and drive controllership improvement § Own quarterly forecast, annual plan and long range plan of the business § Partner with Campaign and Creative Services leadership across globe in evaluating new service and productivity improvement opportunities, including leading the development
§ BA/BS degree is required § 4+ years of relevant work experience, including project management experience in addition to analytical positions such as financial analyst or business analyst § MBA or Masters in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics preferred § Working knowledge of SQL, Cognos/TM1 and advanced Excel § Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed § Proven ability to work and strive in a constantly evolving environment § Experience with statistical analysis, regression modeling and forecasting, demand modeling, time series analysis or data mining is a plus § Must possess strong
